Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival is seeking a Bars Supervisor who would welcome the opportunity to cover occasional Duty Management shifts.
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who can help train and motivate a large team of casual staff to deliver excellent customer service, in addition to providing practical support on the bar. Applicants should have experience in delivering an excellent bar service and supervising staff within high volume environments.
You will be expected to work in all Brighton Dome venues, dealing with a wide range of customers and functions.
All candidates should be flexible with their working patterns and willing to work regular evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will be trained in December and should be available to work over the Christmas period. Bar Supervisors are expected to give their availability monthly so shifts may be allocated, however this is a zero hours position with fluctuating levels of business and work is not guaranteed.
The successful candidate will be trained to cover Duty Manager shifts during our busiest periods.
The closing date is Sunday 1st December 2019
Interviews will be held on Monday 9th December 2019
