Development Manager – Campaigns and Major Giving

Full-time (to start in February 2022)

£29,000- 33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and all-rounder fundraiser to join our Development Team as a Development Manager focussing on new individual giving relationships and strategies. It is a particularly interesting time to join us as we prepare to reopen the redeveloped Corn Exchange and Studio Theatre in 2022.

The purpose of this new role in our growing team is to fundraise for all aspects of the charity’s work, primarily through developing new strategies and campaigns to increase individual giving revenue, delivering community giving initiatives as well as cultivating and stewarding major donor relationships.

You will have demonstrable experience in developing fundraising strategies in the arts sector, cultivating and stewarding a wide range of supporter relationships, delivering campaigns, prospect research, data management and analysis, writing proposals, managing campaign budgets as well as relevant marketing and communications.
