£35,000 to £40,000 per annum
Brighton Dome is undergoing a significant refurbishment of its Grade I and II listed Corn Exchange and Studio Theatre. The works will transform the two historic venues, providing significant improvements for customers and venue users and will deliver a new restaurant and additional performance bars.
To realize our vision of a high-quality food offer, coupled with a distinctive visitor experience, we are looking to appoint to a new role of General Manager (Food & Beverage) to lead our existing Bars team and build a new culinary team.
This is a unique opportunity for a strategic catering lead to grow and develop this key part of our business in order to deliver excellent customer service and to maximize profits across all aspects of the F&B operation.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in the planning, development and mobilisation of our new restaurant and bars planned to open later this year and will have the opportunity to use their extensive experience to develop the team and operational processes.
Applicants will need to demonstrate experience in a senior role within a high street bar or restaurant operation or a hotel or contract catering operation and have proven ability to set and deliver financial and performance targets.
