HR Officer

Human Resources Officer

30 hours per week, permanent

£28,000 per annum, pro rata

We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to help deliver a high quality HR service supporting our managers to recruit, develop and manage their staff. For this role, you will have demonstrable experience of working in a Human Resources team and have a good generalist knowledge of employment legislation.

You must be able to use your own initiative, manage your own workload and have both excellent organisational and communication skills. Ideally, you will already have or be studying for the CIPD qualification (level 5 or above).

The role involves providing advice to managers on HR processes such as recruitment, training, employee relations issues and providing management information from our HR system to the management team. You will be expected to help deliver training sessions to our managers on HR policies and procedures and to help keep our policies and procedures up-to-date.
