Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival is an unusually wide ranging and exciting organisation with the gift of a small scale, a mid-scale, and a large-scale venue on site as well as working throughout one of the country’s most vibrant cities. Presenting a year-round programme of performances and the annual international Brighton Festival taking place all over the city and the surrounding area for the month of May.
The Corn Exchange and Studio Theatre will reopen in 2022 alongside a dedicated creative space for artist development. We also have a 5G Testbed in operation and are exploring new ways of making creativity matter more to more people. We are looking for collaborative people with producing and programming experience and specialisms across art forms.
The Producers will work closely with team members, other departments, communities, artists, young people, the Director of Programming and Participation and the Executive Festival Producer on the multi-artform programming year-round and the festival, including budget management, overall scheduling, producing, negotiations, programme administration, delivery and coordination.
We wholeheartedly believe that creativity, ideas and taking part can change lives and we are looking for people to join us in making that a reality for more people.
