As the Premises Contracts Supervisor, you will develop and manage contracts across a broad spectrum of areas across the building maintenance and facilities areas at Brighton Dome and Festival’s Grade 1 listed venues in central Brighton. You will work with the Director of Visitor and Venue Services, the Maintenance Manager and other colleagues in the operational team to support effective contracts across all areas of the premises and building maintenance areas.
Through effective planning and recording of maintenance activities you will play a key role in ensuring the Brighton Dome premises are managed safely, the buildings are given the love they require and that the organisation’s reputation is maintained.
We are seeking demonstrable interest or experience in a relevant area such as premises management, building maintenance, cleaning/waste plus experience overseeing contracts, excellent organisation and general administration skills.
You may be on the road to Level 2 or 3 Institute of Facilities Management qualifications or interested in applying your experience to this. You will need to be a good verbal and written communicator and be confident in using Microsoft 365 programmes.
It is an exciting time to join as we prepare to take back the redeveloped Corn Exchange and Studio Theatre, setting up the contracts and maintenance programmes for these listed spaces.
