July saw continued developments for our Studio Theatre, with significant ground works and foundation preparation

July 2017 - Corn Exchange

During July, foundations were laid for our new seating and underfloor storage in our Corn Exchange. Exciting excavations were also carried out on the discovered Quaker burial site

August 2017

This August saw significant progress in the Corn Exchange, and the Studio Theatre, with new flooring and foundations being started, and work continuing on the roofs.

October 2017 - Corn Exchange

Since July, the work has shifted more from ‘demolition’ to ‘construction’, with the installation of steel works for flooring, repairs to roof timbers and brick walls, as well as roof slates being stripped off the Corn Exchange.
