Which venue is suitable for my event?

We have three venues available to hire: the Concert HallCorn Exchange and Studio Theatre. Each vary in size and capacity and can be in either seated or standing format. Please see individual venue pages for more information.

What is included in a hire?

  • Basic sound and lights
  • Basic technical support
  • Front of House staffing
  • Box Office facilities
  • Dressing room provision
  • Bar
  • Optional:
  • LED lighting rig
  • Extra technical support (i.e. Stage Manager)
  • Marketing support
  • Follow spots and operators

When is the venue available to hire?

We have Brighton Festival throughout May, this is therefore the only period that is unavailable for hires.

What is the hire rate?

Venue hire cost depends on your production requirements and the time of year. Please send a complete Venue Hire Form to Jody, Commercial Programme Manager, to discuss hire rates.
