Coronavirus (COVID-19): Your Booking at Brighton Dome

We are really sorry to announce that Brighton Dome is now temporarily closed for events as of Tuesday 17 March 2020.

This is due to UK Government’s new advice to the public to avoid contact in social spaces including theatres, to help prevent the spread of coronavirus.

We realise this is a huge blow to the arts in our city but feel the health and safety of our audiences should take priority.

We want to let you know we are working very hard with artists and performers to reschedule as many dates as possible.

Each performance is being reviewed on a case-by-case basis and we will be in touch to let you know how and if your booking has been affected, so please keep an eye on your emails. Please check your email is correct in your online account. We will also be updating individual event pages as we have them.

Please note our Ticket Office is experiencing a high volume of enquiries.

Cancelled Shows

This information only applies if your show is cancelled and not rescheduled, we are working with artists and performers to reschedule as many shows as possible. Please check your emails in the coming days for up to date info on your booking.

All ticket holders are eligible for a full refund via the original payment method by which they made the purchase. We would like you to consider as an alternative accepting a ticket voucher to the value of your tickets valid for 18 months for performances at Brighton Dome, or a partial refund and part donation amount of your choice to support us as an arts charity in these challenging times. Please contact our ticket office tickets@brightondome.org, by the date suggested in your correspondence, if you are happy to receive a voucher or wish to make a full or part donation. All remaining bookings after that date will be processed for a full refund. Our Ticket Office will contact cash purchasers
