Rescheduled Events

We'll keep in touch with you if there are any changes to Government guidelines and if there are any further rescheduling or postponement of any future events we will let you know as soon as possible.

If an event is rescheduled, we will let you know by email and usually all existing bookings will remain valid and you will receive replacement e-tickets for the new performance date. If you are unable to make the rescheduled performance date, please contact our ticket office, by the date suggested in your email correspondence to arrange a refund of your tickets value. Please bear with us in managing these processes as we respond to this constantly changing situation and we thank you for your understanding at this time.

If any events are cancelled or you are unable to attend a rescheduled date, we will always offer three options:

  1. to receive a ticket voucher for future events at Brighton Dome or Brighton Festival (valid for 18 months)
  2. to receive a full refund of your tickets value via the original payment method (excluding the per order fee and any postage)
