Redroaster named as exciting new restaurant partner for Brighton Dome

Community, News

As the major works to refurbish Brighton Dome’s Grade I and Grade II listed Corn Exchange and Studio Theatre move towards completion, we are delighted to announce our new restaurant partner will be Brighton’s own Redroaster. They will occupy a new bright, contemporary street-facing café/restaurant, welcoming visitors and offering casual all-day dining at our historic venue in the heart of the North Laine.

Redroaster is an award-winning community-focused local company which has been based in the city for 22 years. With a roastery, café and several Brighton restaurants, Redroaster combine eco-conscious design and extraordinary comfort with delicious healthy food.

Placing sustainability and community at the heart of what they do, Redroaster also run a profit-sharing scheme with social projects in Rwanda and the UK. This makes Redroaster the ideal choice for our restaurant partner, reflecting the values that underpin all we do at Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival.

“We’re really pleased to welcome Redroaster on board as our new restaurant partner. With work nearing completion on the transformation of our historic Corn Exchange and Studio Theatre, we wanted a partner who reflected the exciting city we live in. Redroaster has been part of Brighton for 22 years, with their commitment to sustainability clear for all to see. From the UK’s first certified-organic roastery to this new space, we can’t wait to see them open their doors.”

"Everyone at Redroaster is delighted to be partnering with the Dome team on this next step in their story. Redroaster has been roasting coffee and serving food to guests in the heart of Brighton for 22 years and it's the right time for us to grow a little. We couldn’t be happier with this opportunity."
