“We’re really pleased to welcome Redroaster on board as our new restaurant partner. With work nearing completion on the transformation of our historic Corn Exchange and Studio Theatre, we wanted a partner who reflected the exciting city we live in. Redroaster has been part of Brighton for 22 years, with their commitment to sustainability clear for all to see. From the UK’s first certified-organic roastery to this new space, we can’t wait to see them open their doors.”Andrew Comben Chief Executive of Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival
"Everyone at Redroaster is delighted to be partnering with the Dome team on this next step in their story. Redroaster has been roasting coffee and serving food to guests in the heart of Brighton for 22 years and it's the right time for us to grow a little. We couldn’t be happier with this opportunity."Mike Palmer Owner, Redroaster
