A get-together of communities to mark Refugee Week.
A day of free events bringing families from all communities together. Come and join in the fun for all ages - from kite making workshops to learning the art of batik.
There will be live music and food from the Sussex Syrian community and Bhá’í storytelling with Farah Mohebati. Learn to play the oud and qanun (Syrian instruments) and make your own puppet to perform in a puppet show. Take part in a photoshoot with the new Union flag project. A mini parade starting in Pelham Square Gardens at 10am will pass through the North Laines to Brighton Dome.
Everyone is welcome, we hope to see you there!
