We are responsible for the year-round operation of the historic Brighton Dome, its three performing arts venues (Concert Hall, Corn Exchange and Studio Theatre), and for delivery of the annual Brighton Festival.
We exist to champion the power of the arts to enrich and change lives, and we want to continue to offer our audiences the best in local, national and international work.
We are a significant cultural provider in the South East, helping to make the arts more accessible to a wider scope of audiences, commissioning new work and supporting the development of established as well as young and emerging artists.
We commission, produce and present work across music, dance, theatre, literature and art. Our combined annual audience of almost half a million attend over 600 events, and represent one in four households in the city of Brighton and Hove.
Any gifts we receive will help us to deliver a wide ranging programme and expand the potential for new work, particularly during the Brighton Festival which is now a major producing arts festival, where one quarter of the work is a commission, premiere or exclusive appearance.
