Formed in 2006 at the Royal Academy of Music, Jubilee Quartet have won both the Val Tidone and the St Martin’s Chamber Music Competitions. Following their debut recital at the Purcell Room in May, we welcome Jubilee Quartet for a programme that includes the father of the string quartet Haydn, via one of its undisputed masters, Schubert, to Janácek’s emotionally charged tour de force.
