Banff Mountain Film Festival

From the world's most prestigious mountain film festival comes two screenings of extraordinary short films. Follow the expeditions of some of today's most incredible adventurers, see incredible footage of adrenaline packed action sports and be inspired by thought-provoking pieces shot from the far flung corners of the globe.

This year there are two shows of high drama, extreme action and breath-taking cinematography. For double the adventure come along to both the matinee and evening show for two entirely different film programmes. 

The Saturday afternoon Blue Film Programme offers you the chance to join a freezing surfing expedition in the Arctic Circle, speedride through dangerous terrain in Alaska, climb towering cliffs in Yosemite, encounter life in a Himalayan orphanage and much more!

The Saturday evening Red Film Programme will take you climbing in four different corners of the planet, skiing through deep powder snow in the Patagonian Mountain Range, paragliding over mountains and beaches in Europe, mountain biking on the Isle of Skye and much more!
