Join fellow artists, creatives and producers to chat, share and explore a couple of provocations. Bring your sandwich and we'll provide tea and biscuits.

This Artist Long Table, hosted by Brighton Dome In-House Artist Erin Enfys, will focus on the theme of radical rest. 

In the current climate, artists and creatives are finding themselves increasingly pressured to maintain a constant work presence, and work-life balance suffers as a result. 

How do we go inward and allow ourselves to rest fully without feeling guilt? How can we integrate rest as a necessary part of our practice?
