Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival has a full-time opportunity for a Ticket Service Assistant to work within our Ticket Services team across all three spaces at Brighton Dome including our newly restored and refurbished Corn Exchange and Studio Theatre welcome area on New Road as well as in our Ticket Office on Church Street daytime and for all Concert Hall events. 

 

During our annual Brighton Festival each May we also present events in some external venues and several outside spaces across Brighton and applicants must be prepared to work across all these exciting spaces. Our Ticket Office in person and telephone service is open Mon- Sat 10am – 5pm (until 7pm during Brighton Festival) and until the start of the performance on event days and prior to all performances 7 days a week. 

 

Applicants must have a real commitment to customer service, as well as an interest in arts and entertainment. Ideally you will have previous customer service experience in an arts or entertainment venue, excellent communication and administration skills and a flexible attitude to work.
