Unique restaurant / catering opportunity

Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival will soon be completing a significant refurbishment of its venues which will result in a major transformation of the Corn Exchange and Studio Theatre. New spaces include a ground floor restaurant opening on to the popular New Road thoroughfare.

We're now looking for a partner to devise a food concept in keeping with the wider venue operation and to take on a lease for the space. The food offer will play a vital role in our re-opened venues and will be at the heart of our visitor welcome. We are keen to work with people who want to help us build on our work to become a sustainable venue operation, who have a good understanding of our unique city and can engage creatively with our events programme.
