This double bill of family favourites starts with Prokofiev's introduction to the instruments of the orchestra, told through the brave boy Peter's quest to capture a hungry wolf. Then classic Christmas film The Snowman shown on the big screen, with Howard Blake's famous score, including the song Walking in the Air, performed by a live orchestra.
