Rhapsody

On sale Mon 7 Oct

Having made their debut with the Brighton Philharmonic Orchestra in 2018 with Malcolm Arnold’s Piano Concerto and Saint-Saëns’ Carnival of the Animals, Worbey & Farrell return to the Brighton Dome with a concert featuring their own astonishing arrangements of the world’s greatest music.

Their work is diverse. From a two-month sell-out season in Vienna to performing with the late Mickey Rooney in Chicago, their concerts regularly take them to Germany, Portugal, Australia and South Korea. The ingenuity of these amazing musicians makes you laugh one moment and takes your breath away the next. Prepare to be moved, delighted and utterly gobsmacked. You’ve never seen a piano played like this before!

The accredited Steinway ensemble have performed in over 150 countries and achieved millions of hits on YouTube with their utterly sensational piano playing and barnstorming blend of sparky humour. They are regulars on BBC Radio 3 and on television, including ITV’s This Morning.

Programme will include Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue, Prokofiev’s Peter and the Wolf and Addinsell’s iconic Warsaw Concerto.
