How does it work?

Upon arrival at the venue, Yondr staff will help you put your phone in a lockable pouch which you will keep throughout the night.

Please remember to turn off or silence your phone.

What about bars/merchandise?

Please bring a physical payment card or cash for use in the venue.

What about my ticket?

If possible, please print your ticket beforehand. If not, please make a note of your seat number and area (Stalls/Circle). Tickets will be scanned before your phone is locked into the pouch.

What if I need to use my phone?

You can unlock your phone at any time by going to the 'Phone Use Area' within the venue. Please speak to a member of Brighton Dome or Yondr staff if you need help finding this.
