HR Advisor

Brighton Dome
£27,500 per annum, pro rata
30 hours hybrid working

Do you have experience of working in a busy HR office and wish to develop your career in HR? In this role, you will help to deliver a high-quality HR service supporting our managers to recruit, develop and manage their staff. For this role, you will need to have some experience of working in a Human Resources team, together with great administrative/organisational skills and up to date knowledge of employment legislation.

You must be able to use your own initiative, manage your own workload and have excellent communication skills. Ideally, you will already be studying or be interested in studying for the CIPD level 5 qualification.

 

The role involves providing advice to managers on HR processes such as recruitment, training, employee relations issues and providing management information reports from our HR system as well as ensuring that our HR system is kept up-to-date. You will be expected to help deliver training sessions to our managers on HR policies and procedures and to help develop our policies and procedures.
