Pioneering dance company soars into the Concert Hall this March

Dance and Circus, News, Events, Dance

Celebrated South Korean choreographer Eun-Me Ahn brings her extraordinary dance show Dragons to Brighton in a joyful mix of dance, music, holograms and spectacular costumes. Take a look into the production that mixes modern and traditional dance styles from across Asia...

Eun-Me Ahn is touring her dance company across the UK featuring five guest dancers from Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia and Taiwan in the most ingenious way.

The guest dancers appear as 3D holograms, all of them born in the year 2000 – the year of the Dragon...

...interacting and dancing with the rest of the company.

Representing resilience, joy and optimism in Asia, dragons are the inspiration for Eun-Me Ahn’s kaleidoscopic production.

The show is performed to an evocative soundtrack blending traditional Korean music with contemporary pop and electronica.

Check out the Music Director Jang Young-gyu's band, LEENALCHI.

Step into the fantastical world of Dragons where vivid oceans, forests and clouded skies come to life.
