Your donation goes a long way – by supporting our charity through membership, you directly enable us to support artists, deliver the shows you love, facilitate our music education service Create Music and so much more.

Membership starts from just £35 a year and ensures you’re the first to know and first to book our exciting year-round programme, including all Brighton Festival events.

What type of membership should I get?

Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival Membership

Single Membership – best for an individual
Double Membership – best for 2 x adults living at the same address

How can I renew my membership?

Can I pay by direct debit?

Yes, your direct debit payment ensures your membership is automatically renewed each year as well as saves you £5 a year on the annual fee. Please sign and return the Direct Debit mandate form and we’ll take care of the rest.

How soon can I use my membership once purchased?

Your membership will be activated online as soon as you purchase it, please create an online account and password to access your member benefits.

How many tickets can I book with a membership?

As a member, you can book as many tickets as you like for yourself and your friends, as well as receive any membership discounts (where applicable) to each ticket in your order.

There is a standard limit of no more than 10 tickets per show when booking online. If you require more tickets, please contact our Ticket Office who can assist you further.

Sometimes shows will have a ‘maximum ticket per customer’ rule applied by the promoter of the show, but this will be clearly advertised on the website and when the on-sale is announced.

The only limit the membership has is with membership cards, invite to the annual Festival launch as well as other members events and rehearsals, where it’s one per member.

Can I gift a membership to someone else?

Purchase a gift membership here and give them a fit that lasts all year round. 

A gift membership can be purchased online, in-person at our Ticket Office or by telephone 01273 709709.

Gift Membership Vouchers can be sent to you or directly to the recipient by post or email. Please allow five working days for processing of postal orders. Collection from our Ticket Office on Church Street is also available.

I’ve received a gift membership – how can I use it?

To redeem, please choose the membership that matches your voucher from the above.

Log into your existing account or create a new one.

Enter your voucher redemption number in the ‘Pay with a Gift Voucher’ section to confirm your membership.

Your membership will start from the day you redeem your voucher and will be valid for 12 months. You'll receive a membership card within 4 weeks of purchasing your membership.

What is members pre-sale access?

Members receive regular updates with opportunities to purchase tickets before they go on general sale. Beat the crowds and secure tickets to your favourite shows for selected Brighton Dome events and all Brighton Festival events year-round. Look out for new show information in your emails or the ‘new on sale’ section of our website.

How do I get access to pre-sale tickets?

You must log in to your account via our website in order to access members only tickets. Be sure to opt-in to our marketing and check your emails for regular pre-sale dates and offers.

How long is the pre-sale booking period?

Usually between 24-48 hours for members priority booking for shows at Brighton Dome, Corn Exchange and Studio Theatre.

Always one week prior for all Brighton Festival events.

Where can I use my Members discount?

20% discount on drinks: simply show your membership card at our bars. You can also pre-order drinks ready for collection on arrival, using your exclusive member discount code. Find the code in your membership confirmation email or contact one of the team. (Head to domedrinks.org and use the ‘create account’ tab to register) 

20% discount on food at Redroaster Brighton Dome (Mon-Fri): simply show your membership card to the team when ordering and the discount will be added to your final bill.

How do I avoid paying the £3.50 booking fee?

Ensure you are logged in to your online account and select the ‘Members’ ticket type for all tickets in your basket to avoid paying any booking fees on your purchase.

How will I get my tickets?

E-tickets are now in operation for all events - including all rescheduled events.

These will be emailed to you at least 5 days prior to the performance date.

There is no need to print out the PDF file attached to the email, you can bring it with you via smartphone to gain admission to the event.

If you require printed tickets please let us know prior to the event.

I want to cancel my membership, can I get a part-refund?

Memberships are non-changeable and non-refundable. Please contact one of the team if you wish to cancel your membership. If you have a Direct Debit payment set up, we advise cancelling this directly with your bank as well.

I’ve forgotten my password and been logged out of my account, how can I reset my password?

After too many failed log-in attempts the system will log you out. Please use the ‘Forgot your password’ link, email us to reset your password or contact our Ticket office on 01273 709709.
