UK scandals have ranged from multi-billion pound arms deals such as the Al Yamamh case in 2007 to the 2008 parliamentary expenses episode. Has the UK sleep-walked in to a situation where corrupt practices are much more prevalent than many realise? If so, what can and should be done about it?
