Scratching performance into existence: how and when works
Antonia Grove, dancer, choreographer and Artistic Director of Probe, and Sarah Nicolls, experimenting pianist and inventor of the Inside-Out Piano, share their perspectives on scratch and sharing of work-in-development.
That same evening Antonia will also facilitate Scratch Night hosted by Brighton Dance Network with South East Dance in the Brighton Dome Studio Theatre.
Sarah Nicolls, Artist in Residence at earsthetic will be premiering her new work, Moments of Weightlessness, at the Brighton Dome Corn Exchange on Dec 8. Sarah’s Inside-Out Piano will be installed in the Brighton Dome Café Bar from 8-13 Dec - come try it out for yourself!
