We cannot wait to welcome you to our venue, but need to make sure you, our staff and the rest of the audience are safe. Currently, upon arrival, as well as your eTickets, all members of your party over the age of 18 must be able to demonstrate their COVID-19 status when requested to gain entry. You can currently demonstrate this in ONE of the following ways:
- You have completed a full course of vaccination at least 14 days ago
- You have evidence of a negative PCR test or have evidence of having in the 48 hours prior to the event logged a negative lateral flow test with gov.uk
- You have proof of natural immunity by way of a positive PCR test taken within the last 180 days but not within the 10 days prior to the event
The simplest way to prove this is via the NHS COVID Pass which is an online app providing a certificate that demonstrates your status. However, there are a number of other ways to prove this that do not require a smartphone (see below).
Please note that should Government guidance or mandatory requirements of venues change, these entry requirements may be subject to change. Currently we are very happy to accept proof of recent negative tests as a means of proving Covid status.
Our website will be updated with changing entry requirements and Covid safety procedures at the venue. Visitors should check these requirements ahead of their visit.
Visitors under the age of 18 do not need a pass but will be asked to provide verbal confirmation that they have not tested positive nor are they currently suffering from symptoms of COVID-19. Parents can provide this assurance if visitors are under 16.
Please note that failure to provide your details may result in you being refused entry without a refund.
If you have a medical reason which means you cannot be either vaccinated or tested, the Government’s Covid pass scheme has been adapted to ensure you can obtain a pass to use. This is achieved by phoning 119 to ask for an NHS Covid pass medical exemptions application form and then speaking to your GP or relevant clinician to get their support. A carer can apply on your behalf. You can find details of this process on the Government’s webpage here or by phoning 119. The domestic NHS Covid pass will look and work the same for people with medical exemptions as it will for people who are fully vaccinated. The pass won’t tell us that you have an exemption.
