What does austerity mean to you?

'An outpouring of humanity.' - Audience feedback

A 3pm matinee performance has been added due to popular demand

Honest, powerful and tender, this is a show about the cost of austerity for people in Brighton and Hove.

Expect singing and dancing. Expect characters so real you could be sat next to them on the bus to Churchill Square.

Brighton People’s Theatre is a brand new theatre company for the city, made up of a diverse group of non-professional performers who have created this original show in collaboration with professional theatre-makers.

This is a preview performance before the show goes on tour in 2017 and is open to the public on a pay what you decide basis. Brighton People’s Theatre invites you to watch the show then pay what you decide it’s worth. Book your tickets in advance at Brighton Dome Ticket Office.
