Make it a night out

Organoke

Step into a camp and glamorous winter wonderland for one night only with the Brighton Dome debut of Brighton’s biggest drag pageant on 4 Dec. At Brighton’s Big Drag Pageant: On Ice!, ten fabulous drag acts will compete live to win the crown, hosted by Brighton's award-winning drag icon Alfie Ordinary.

And on 20 Dec, another Brighton legend, the inimitable Ida Barr, hosts the return of Organoke to the Concert Hall! Gather with your nearest, dearest, colleagues and family for a cheerful Christmas singalong accompanied by Brighton Dome’s historic organ and a live band.

Christmassy Classics

Bundle into the Concert Hall, 15 Dec, for classic festive animation, The Snowman, which returns to the big screen as Howard Blake's unforgettable score is performed live by an orchestra.

And on 8 Dec, children aged 3+ and their parent or carer can get artsy in Brighton Dome's in-house creative space, Anita's Room, at the Crafty Christmas Family Workshop and create a snowy scene to take home.

Also returning to Brighton Dome venues are Brighton Festival Chorus with their annual concert, Christmas with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, 8 Dec, and The Choir with No Name Brighton raise the roof, 16 Dec, with feel-good festive favourite The Big Christmas Singalong!.

Fantastic Theatrics

West End smash-hit Only Fools & Horses The Musical comes to Brighton for the first time from 11-14 Dec, with actor and comedian Paul Whitehouse playing beloved character, Grandad, and Brighton Gay Men’s Chorus mash-up the magic of Christmas with music from cult classic, The Rocky Horror Show, at The Rocky Holly Tinsel Show on 7 Dec.
