Facilities at Brighton Dome

You’re here to watch the show, let us take care of the rest

Wi-Fi

Art is all about making connections - here at the Dome we have our own free Wi-FI service for all our visitors to enjoy. There’s no password, when you arrive simply search for us on your device and sign up.

Lost Property

We’ve all been there, but don’t let it ruin your night. At the Dome, all lost property recovered at our venues goes to our Stage Door. Here is it is logged and safely stored for up to a month. If you think you've lost anything whilst enjoying yourself with us then contact Stage Door on 01273 261550, or email vsasupport@brightondome.org, and we’ll let you know if it’s been recovered. We’re open daily from 8am-6pm, later on show days.

Toilets

Legs crossed, waiting for that interval? You’ll be relieved to hear that you won’t have far to go. Our toilets are located behind the foyer bar on the ground floor, and the ‘Circle Right’ lobby on the first. Accessible toilets are also available on both levels, and can be accessed by RADAR key, or by asking one of our Front Of House team. All of our toilets are gender inclusive.

Cloakroom

For standing events we offer a staffed cloakroom area and there may be a free coat rail available at other events in the Concert Hall.

Please contact Visitor Services if you require information 01273 261541.

Please minimise items being brought to site. Bags may be checked and confiscations of hazardous items made. Only bags no larger than an A3 piece of paper 35cm x 40cm x 19cm are permitted.

Baby Changing

Art is for everyone, no matter the age. Parents, you can rest easy knowing that baby and child changing facilities are available in all of our toilets.

Buggy Parking

Most events do not have a cloakroom and space at the venue is limited. We are grateful if you and your littles ones can travel light, but if you need to bring a buggy to the venue please note that this may be stored in an unstaffed area so please take all valuables with you when you enter the auditorium.
