Live at Brighton Dome
Sara Pascoe, Jamali Maddix, Rachel Fairburn, Phil Kay & Laura Smyth plus Jam Tarts Choir
Brighton's biggest comedy night returns showcasing up-and-coming stars alongside some of comedy’s best-known names.
Sara Pascoe – star of her own BBC stand-up special LadsLadsLads and BBC sitcom Out of Her Mind, as seen on Channel 4's Taskmaster and host of BBC's Sewing Bee – is joined by Phil Kay, Jamali Maddix and Rachel Fairburn.
The show will kick off with 60 piece indie choir Jam Tarts performing Modern Toss's infamous Periodic Table of Swearing. Originally commissioned to open Brighton Festival 2020 before the b*****d pandemic got in the way, this tirade of filth has finally been unleashed. In a departure from the Tarts’ usual style, this work is more Baroque than Punk Rock, though this ain’t no choir of angels... Not for the faint-hearted or easily offended
