Creative Hub Coordinator
Are you passionate about empowering young people and building pathways into creative careers? Future Creators, as part of the Coastal Catalyst programme, is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Creative Hub Coordinator. Join our mission to enhance creative opportunities along the coastal corridor from Bexhill to Bognor Regis.
As our Creative Hub Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in facilitating a place-based response to the Coastal Catalyst project.
You will be based at the Phoenix Centre in Bognor Regis, acting as the first point of contact for local organisations, coordinating impactful events, and developing relationships to support the creative journeys of young people.
You will be the main point of contact for event support, manage partner enquiries, and assist in the recruitment and coordination of young people in activities. You will also work closely with local partners to support them accessing the space and implementing Digital Badging for skill recognition and help young people use these credentials to boost their career prospects.
The role requires someone who is able to foster connections with local partners, promote inclusion, and support creative projects to achieve Coastal Catalyst goals. Crucial to this is the ability to track impact, gather evidence, and provide insightful reports to ensure continuous project improvement. This role will also be responsible for developing engaging content, updating social platforms, and sharing success stories to enhance visibility.
We are looking for a strong team player who is methodical, adaptable, and committed to equal opportunities. You will have experience working both independently and as part of a team. You will have the proven ability to deliver projects on time and create content for social media. You will need excellent organisational and communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, an understanding of the Bognor Regis and Littlehampton communities and a commitment to supporting young people’s career aspirations.
